Ingradients for making 250 Gm of dry paper poha
- Roasted groundnut - 150 gm
- Roasted channa - 20 gm
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbs
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbs
- Green chilli - 4 - 5
- Garlic - 1 small pod
- Coriander powder - 1 tbs
- Curry leaves
- Hing
- oil - 3 tbs
- Turmeric powder
- Sugar powder - 2tbs
- Ghee - 2 tbs
- Salt - 1 tbs
- Sev optional
Steps to prepare
- Roast paper poha with oil and ghee on low flame for 5 minutes till paper poha changes colour to slight brown and keep it aside.
- Grind garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds and curry leaves together into paste.
- To prepare masala - Put oil in a pan add mustard and cumin seeds, when they start to splutter add curry leaves, roasted groundnuts, roasted channa, clilli paste, coriander powder, salt, hing, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add roasted poha to the masala and mix well on slow flame.
- Add sev in the end.
