Delicious Dry Poha recipe

 Ingradients for making 250 Gm of dry paper poha
  • Roasted groundnut - 150 gm
  • Roasted channa - 20 gm
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tbs
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbs
  • Green chilli - 4 - 5
  • Garlic - 1 small pod
  • Coriander powder - 1 tbs
  • Curry leaves
  • Hing
  • oil - 3 tbs
  • Turmeric powder
  • Sugar powder - 2tbs
  • Ghee - 2 tbs
  • Salt - 1 tbs
  • Sev optional

Steps to prepare
  1. Roast paper poha with oil and ghee on low flame for 5 minutes till paper poha changes colour to slight brown and keep it aside.
  2. Grind garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds and curry leaves together into paste.
  3. To prepare masala - Put oil in a pan add mustard and cumin seeds, when they start to splutter add curry leaves, roasted groundnuts, roasted channa, clilli paste, coriander powder, salt, hing, turmeric powder and mix well. 
  4. Add roasted poha to the masala and mix well on slow flame. 
  5. Add sev in the end.
