Chow chow/Chayote vegetable is a good source of Vitamin ‘C’, Fiber. It is mainly found in southern part of India. It is considered good for health.

Ingredients: 1 Chow chow/Chayote, Wheat flour, half cup milk, oil, salt
Process to prepare
Step 1: Peel the skin of chow chow and grate it.
Step 2: Now put the grated chow chow in pan and fry it with oil for 5 minutes/ raw smell goes off
Step 3: Grind the pried chow chow to a fine smooth paste adding half a cup of milk
Step 4: Mix prepared paste with wheat flour, add a spoon of salt, knead the dough and keep the dough for 30 minutes
Step 5: Prepare chapathi
